Kings of The Hill

Kings of The Hill

This photo is my submission for this week’s Monochrome Madness hosted by Leanne Cole and Laura Macky. This week I had many images that I was considering for the challenge, but I finally chose this one. I think that these old oak trees make a great subject matter for black and white photography. They grow in such a gnarly way and the light just plays off them in a way that draws me to them. Please take some time to admire all of the submissions for this week at http://leannecolephotography.com/ . The challenge will be posted later today.
